The room doesn't
read the slides.
It reads the leader.

Executive presence training for leadership teams — built on the training conservatoires in Vienna, Berlin and London use to prepare elite performers for the moments with no second take.

Half-day workshops · Team programmes · Sponsored individual training · On site across Europe

The transfer problem

Your leaders have insight. The room sees behaviour.

Most leadership development produces understanding: frameworks, feedback, self-awareness. Then the stakes rise — the town hall, the investor day, the restructuring announcement — and what the room sees is the same body under pressure.

The gap between what a leader knows and what a leader shows is not a knowledge gap. It is a training gap: breath, posture, voice and timing under pressure. Like any physical skill, it can be trained — and the change is observable, in the room, by the people who report to them.

Where the work comes from

Trained on stages, applied in boardrooms.

I train conductors, actors, opera singers and instrumentalists — professionals whose careers depend on delivering under absolute pressure, in front of an audience that decides instantly. Universities across Europe bring me in for exactly this work.

Respiro e Movimento® brings the same training to leadership teams: breath under pressure, physical authority, vocal presence, timing. Nothing esoteric — concrete, physical work applied to the situations your leaders actually face.

How organisations work with me

Start with half a day. Grow it from there.

Three levels of engagement. Each one stands on its own; each one can lead to the next.

The entry point — a result in itself

Executive Presence Workshop

A half day with your leadership team. The fundamentals — breath under pressure, entering a room, holding silence, a voice that carries decisions — trained live, applied to the situations they face. A working session, not a lecture.

  • Half day, on site, delivered in English
  • For intact leadership teams — sized so every leader works individually in front of the group
  • Every participant leaves with a personal protocol
  • Debrief with the sponsor at the close

Fee on request Scoped in a 30-minute conversation.

When you want the change to hold

Team Programme

The workshop lands; the programme makes it stick. Group sessions combined with individual work, spaced over months and applied to the real moments in your leaders' calendars.

  • Typically three to six months, cadence by proposal
  • Group sessions plus individual sessions per leader
  • Applied to live moments: town halls, investor days, media, negotiations
  • Progress reviewed against behaviours agreed at the start

By proposal Designed around your team and your calendar.

For the leaders who carry the most weight

Sponsored Individual Training

The new CEO before the roadshow. The CFO stepping into public visibility. The spokesperson in a difficult season. Individual tracks, sponsored by the organisation — a single intensive session for one decisive moment, or a full three-month presence programme.

  • Executive Sparring: one intensive 90-minute session for a decisive moment
  • The Executive Presence Programme: ten sessions over three months
  • Confidentiality boundary agreed with the sponsor up front

Accountability

How you'll know it worked.

Presence sounds intangible. It isn't. It is behaviour — and behaviour can be described, agreed and observed. This is the frame every engagement runs on.

Before day one

Baseline diagnostic

Each leader completes a structured self-assessment before we begin: where presence is lost today — meetings, public speaking, conflict, visibility. The work starts from evidence, not impressions.

At the start

Agreed observable behaviours

With the sponsor, we define what change should look like in behavioural terms — how a leader enters, holds silence, answers under fire. Concrete enough that anyone in the room can see it.

Throughout

Tested in live moments

The test is not a role-play on the last day. It is the town hall, the board meeting, the investor call already on the calendar. Sessions are built around those moments and reviewed against them.

At the close

Sponsor debrief

What changed, what to consolidate, what comes next — reported within a confidentiality boundary agreed up front, so leaders can work openly and you still see the outcome.

Before you enquire

Questions HR asks.

The work is physical and concrete: posture, breath, voice, timing — trained like any skill, with results visible in the room the same day. There is nothing to believe in; there is something to do. Sceptics tend to engage precisely because it is training, not talk.

It is built for intact leadership teams, sized so every participant works individually in front of the group — that is where the change happens. Exact numbers are agreed in scoping; larger groups can be designed as a different format.

The boundary is agreed up front, in writing. Typically: progress against the agreed behaviours and recommendations go to the sponsor; the personal content of sessions stays between me and the leader. That is what lets leaders work honestly — and what makes the outcome real.

Organisational work is delivered in English, on site at your offices. I am based in Vienna and work across Europe; individual follow-up sessions can run online, and also in Italian.

A 30-minute scoping conversation: your situation, the leaders involved, the moments ahead. You receive a written proposal within days — format, timeline, investment. No slides, no pitch.
